Answers to common questions regarding our shipping and return policies.
1. When will my order ship?
We will despatch your order as soon as we receive your payment. Order will ship
every week via Royal Mail Priority Service (Air Mail) or equivalent services.
2. How are my shipping charges calculated?
In selecting your choice of shipping methods, please keep in mind that the shipping
charge is based on the Item Total
as indicated on the Review Your Order page during checkout. There are no taxes
added to books & magazines in Britain.
3. Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Yes. You can select "ship items to more than one address" as the shipping option
on the shopping cart page once you are ready to checkout.
During the checkout process, you may select one or more items for each address.
4. Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
Yes. While in the Shopping Cart, select the “Items to more than one address”
option under the Shipping Options section to
separate your purchases into shipments. Then, select separate shipments for
each group of items that you would like to send by a common shipping method.
5. How long does my package take to arrive at its destination?
Orders despatched to mainland Britain should take 5-7 working days. Orders
despatched to Europe and Rest of the World will take up to 21 working days.
6. Ship to a P.O. Box?
All shipping methods except Courier Service are available for shipments to P.O.
Boxes.
7. Can I return a Book?
Unfortunately the cost for a customer to return a book is sometimes higher than
the cost of the book itself, taking into account the postage and re-shipping
charges. We do not advise a customer to return an order once the order has been
despatched We will only refund you if your order has not been despatched,
or if you agree to pay the postage and additional re-shipping charges. The book
must be returned in perfect re-saleable condition.
8. Can I exchange a Book?
You can exchange your order ONLY if your order has not been despatched
Please note while we will make every effort to get your packages to you
by your desired date, we cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package.
To reduce the possibility of the late arrival of a shipment, order early!
